The Central Pennsylvania Lacrosse Officials Association (CPLOA) provides coverage to Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks counties in Pennsylvania
They are officating boys' lacrosse games in Lancaster, Lebanon, and Berks counties.
The South Penn Lacrosse Officials Association (SPLOA) provides officials for PIAA lacrosse games for the York Adams Interscholastic Athletic Association (YAIAA).
The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, Inc. (PIAA) is a non-profit corporation and a voluntary membership organization. The members of PIAA consist of almost all of the public and many of the private junior high/middle schools and senior high schools in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Generally stated, the function of PIAA is to develop and enforce rules regulating interscholastic athletic competition, which are authorized or adopted by the member schools.

The York County Lacrosse Association (YCLA) was created to promote the growth of the sport of lacrosse in Central Pennsylvania. Over 1,800 student athletes from this association's thirteen member lacrosse clubs participate in lacrosse games every spring in York and Adams counties in Pennsylvania. It is the purpose of the York County Lacrosse Association to facilitate the growth of the fastest game on two feet in Central Pennsylvania. The York County Lacrosse Association is a proponent of Positive Coaching Alliance principles and of the ROOTs sportsmanship program.
The WPSLA shall be open to all scholastic lacrosse programs that are sponsored, approved, or recognized as an interscholastic team or club by, or are otherwise affiliated with, any public or private school, or that represent students attending any public or private school, located in or near Western Pennsylvania
The mission of the EPLSA is to promote good sportsmanship, order, and good will among the secondary schools playing boys’ lacrosse and to promote the growth of lacrosse as a high school sport in Eastern Pennsylvania.

Czech Women‘s Lacrosse, despite being one of the smallest lacrosse communities, is hosting one of the greatest lacrosse event – the World Cup. World Cup 2009, being the 8th annual is special. First, it is the last event held under the patronage of the IFWLA [International Federation of Women’s Lacrosse Associations], the international body of which Czech Lacrosse has been a proud member since 1992. Another extraordinary and important feature of the World Cup 2009 is the number of its participants - it has grown up by six countries since the last World Cup in 2005 and has doubled since 2001
The 2010 FIL World Lacrosse Championships are being held at the Manchester University Sports grounds, All divisions and stages of the Championships will take place at the venue. This is going to be the biggest World Championships to date. 31 Nations are expected to compete for the title.
